Hey everyone! So I’m looking for a little help, my wife & I would like to expand our family. But idk where to start to try and find a sperm donor lol I know there are free sites but like idk what to do or to start. We were gonna do like IVF or IUI but it’s pretty expensive and we don’t have a ton of money to spend that way so we were trying to hope to do it naturally. Anyone have any advice on how to start ?

Just want to let you know that if go through the free donation/known donor route and you say you want to "do it naturally" (NI), it means sex with the donor. If that's not what you are seeking, make sure you are clear you want artificial insemination (AI) only when looking in those spaces. We conceived via AI at home with a known donor.

We did too! At home with a known donor and we having our second with the same donor

We did all the tracking and fertility testing and screening. Then used a known donor, fresh ejaculate into a menstrual cup. My partner inserted it, we had sex… 2 try’s equaled baby.
