I had it on my last pregnancy from week 5 to week 11. Nothing you can actually do just don’t over stress. Rest and try not to lift anything. It’s scary but common.

Yes, I had one from around 9-10 weeks pregnant and actually went to the ER for pain and bleeding! It ended up resolving itself. They’re only dangerous to us and baby if they completely surround the uterus but that’s EXTREMELY rare
I haven’t had any bleeding but I did find out via sonogram that I have one and am 10weeks. The doctor told me it is extremely common and 97% of women with them have full term pregnancies no issues. Don’t be worried! Stress will cause more harm than the hematoma!
Hi - yes I have! I had a really heavy bleed when I was 5 weeks pregnant and a scan showed I had a subchorionic hematoma. I was advised 2 weeks of bed rest and then had a few follow up scans that showed it was shrinking, I had a few more episodes of spotting but no more heavy bleeds. At my 20 week scan they could still see it slightly but didn’t think it would cause any issues. I’m 28 weeks now and although it was really scary to start with it hasn’t caused many problems since that first bleed!
