Gestational diabetes
I don’t fall into any of the risk factors for GD for my hospital so I don’t get tested. I’m needing the toilet the entire time at night atm and get very thirsty. Anyone know if you can ask to be tested? Or anyone had anything similar

Ask at your 28 week appointment as they take bloods anyway so could test then

Needing the toilet and being thirsty are quite normal pregnancy symptoms as well! You can ask to be tested, whether they will do it I don't know, but generally the treatment for GD is diet and exercise which you can adjust yourself anyway if you think you could be border line? They don't do the test until 24-28 weeks either usually (unless you've had it before)
