Milk, eggs, cereal, pb. All the usual things. They only add money for fresh fruit and veggies and formula for formula babies. More food if you ebf though

If you’re in Florida I think it’s 40 dollars for fruits and veggies, milk has to be 2 percent and low fat. If you don’t like PB you can get beans, and sometimes they give whole wheat bread

They also give you cheese, tortillas and juice

If you get the Wic app it will show you what you can get at the stores in your area

I’m still on WIC because of my son (it’s coming to an end though but will continue because I’m pregnant with baby #2). We currently get cheese (2lbs), cereal (26oz), peanut butter (2 CTR), beans - dry or canned (1 CTR), fruits and vegetables ($23.90), yogurt (2 CTR), milk (3.5 gallons), frozen juice (3 CTR), bottled juice (2 CTR), eggs, and bread (whole wheat).

@Michaela I have the wic app I was asking what do pregnant women get tho out of curiosity

@s a r a 🥀 thank you for sharing 🙏🏽🩷

You’re welcome! My son is almost 5 so it’s why its coming to an end but when I was pregnant with him, I believe it’s about the same stuff but with formula and baby food, ect,.

@s a r a 🥀 oh okay gotcha, I get wic benefits for my 13month old, so I know for them but not for pregnant women I didn’t apply when I was but might be so I was curious, anyways thanks again 💖

Yeah. I’m in Oregon and probably depending what state your in, you’ll have WIC up until they’re 5 years old.

Milk, cheese, juice, fruit and vegetables, peanut butter, cereal, bread

When I was pregnant I got cheese, eggs, cereal, beans/peanutbutter, whole grain bread, fruits, veggies, milk, yogurt and 100% fruit juice

They’ll add stuff especially if you say you’re breastfeeding or will breast feed
