Need help with maternity form claim
Has anyone filled in there maternity form claim? I’m self employed and some of the question weee asking ma about my employment etc but ignored those questions as they are irrelevant to me. I’m hoping it will not delay my claim 😬😩

Yes I’ve done mine and self employed! It does tell you which bits to skip so I just went straight to self employment but after the first generalised questions! Wasn’t actually much to fill out although form looks long! They text me 3-4 days later to say received claim and will give decision in 4 weeks! It was approved and got letter two weeks after I sent form so they have been really quick! Remember to include your Matb1 cert from midwife! X
I have filled in the MA form and I just skipped the questions that weren't relevant and got the decision though a couple of weeks later

I'm self employed, It should tell you on the form to skip those questions. I didn't fill them out either. X
