Is this a tooth?

My little boy is 4 1/2 months old and really going through the regression... I just looked in his mouth and saw 2 little dots on the bottom left gum. I've felt them and they're hard and not causing him pain when I touch, but he's constantly got his hands in that side of his mouth. And any toy goes straight to that side too He's my first, so I'm just looking for advice or confirmation 😂

My little one is exactly the same I’m not sure either but I bought ashtons teething gel and I think it’s helping

@Nora I have the powder and that seems to work. Also a teething oil that I roll on his cheeks along the gum and that helps too! It just surprised me! 😂

The two dots look like Epstein pearls. Baby has lotsss of teeth lined up ready to come through though! The front bottom two typically cut first x

No teeth buds yet but you’ll see some soon! Swollen for sure!

No, I wouldn't say they were. The bottom front two incisors usually come first then the top two, then the canines then the molars. The gum goes really red with a white top which is the teeth pushing from underneath. They can show teething symptoms with no sign of teeth for months before they appear.

Nope. He should be fully teeth about 6 months or so!!.
