I'd be tempted to celebrate the day before or after because most places will have Halloween events on and there's going to be constant door knocking Halloween night from trick or treaters 🙃 either that or during the daytime at home
my baby is a halloween babe too! we are celebrating his first birthday this year too, but the weekend before so its actually not on halloween, my other two kids love halloween and we will do our traditional family dress up for trick or treating. To make it suitable for a one year olds first birthday we are keeping with halloween pumpkin themed and having 'our little pumpkin turns 1' themed party with a pumpkin patch, pumpkin pie, pumpkin spiced drinks, cider, hay bales, ute/tractor/wheelbarrows of pumpkins etc insta and pinterest do have a lot of ideas ;)
Pinterest is always my go to for ideas. 🤗
