These are the factors that are positively impacting your overall credit score. Credit balance could refer to an overdraft on your current account. These companies can get it wrong as well - you can write to them to update them if you think they're wrong.

If they are, experian do have an identity service, they can help you. But, hopefully not
It’s probably phone bills, utilities etc
Do you have insurance thay you pay monthly or a phone contract as those are both are considered credit.
One time my ex put me down as a co-signer on a credit card and i wasn’t aware of that so def double check the details. I had to call the CC company and have my name taken off the account.
Could be your phone bill, as my contract comes up as a credit account because you’re paying it off monthly x
There should be a tab somewhere with the accounts in your name, it will tell you which account(s) have the credit. Which app is it?
