Applying for food stamps??
Okay so I’m gunna try to make this short. I applied months ago but my fiance makes too much, we’ve been told to apply again without him since we have 3 kids together and struggle sometimes even with food banks.
I’m wondering how to go about the application if I have no income and we’re not gunna use him?
Do I say something like we broke up my mom’s helping while I look for a job?
Wouldn’t I need to put her info?
Who do I put pays the bills if we “broke up” I’m just trying to get food stamps😭 I understand fraud is serious please helpful comments only

Yeah say you're currently separated. They usually call to interview you so you can explain that he's still covering the rent but that's all.
I think, at least in my state, they’d require that he be paying child support if y’all are split up tho just a heads up
If you live together put that you live together but are not together or sharing bills. You can say you pay him (your land lord) x wmount of rent
If anyone were ever to report you they will literally follow your social media, in person etc to look for clues that he resides there before charging you. Happened to someone I know not worth it imo
