It’s almost my birthday 🥳

This Thursday I turn 27. My boyfriend asked me what I’d like to do for my birthday, and honestly I have no clue. I work all day on my actual birthday but am off the day after. Typically I go up to my papaws grave and share a cupcake since it’s his birthday as well. Kiddos will be at school & honestly I don’t even know if my boyfriend works Friday or not haha. I can’t be bothered to look at the schedule other than to see what I work let alone his too 🤣 What has everyone done on their birthday or are planning to do?

I like going on like a movie date and then out to eat. What are some things that you like to do?

@Jacque I don’t really know what I like to do honestly. My life is work and come home. My honey and I haven’t really done a date just the two of us really since the first date lol. My oldest is always with us. Which is completely fine but every once in a while would be nice.

@Kim you could try and do like a day date while they are at school and you two are off. Or sometimes my husband and I will get the kids in bed and order a fancy meal in home, set the table up nice, buy a board game we both like and have an in house date.

@Jacque I don’t think we are both off together :/ we are on opposite schedules right now :( I was off this past weekend and he wasn’t so he’s off today and tomorrow:/

Oh okay I see. Well hopefully you guys can steal some few passing moments to see one another.

Yeah, I guess he’s been talking to our head chef saying he’s horrible at planning lol

@Kim I think a lot of man are like that. My husband is like that, it’s usually me planning things.

For his birthday we both worked and I had paid our baker at the time who makes cakes on her free time to make an amazing Star Wars cake, I decorated his office, wrote on his car with paint markers on my lunch & filled his car with balloons haha. 🤣🤣
