Yh when you get a positive on the strips test line nice and dark as the control line put that positive in your app on the date then it will adjust the date of period

easy at home strips are great. £9.99 on Amazon for 25 strips. I used to use clearblue but it’s extortionate every month. When I got my first baby the easy at home worked the first month I used them after trying for 2 years xx
I use flo and prenom whilst doing the easy at home ovulation strips….. you can adjust your cycle length in flo settings if it’s longer than “normal” cycles, mine was like 50 days and give or take a couple of days flo was pretty accurate when I was putting solid data in all the time x
This is my 2nd cycle since coming off mini pill ,been on for 12 months with no bleed so not sure what my normal period looks like x

That’s fair enough! It’s early days since coming off the pill, mine took 6 months to come back!! It’s definitely worth continuing to test and do strips so you can get a clearer idea of your cycle xx
Flo app is a bit hit and miss. Its data comes from the average women’s cycle and doesn’t tailor individually to us. I use Premom aswell, it analyses your LH peak and ovulation much better than flo.
