Endo and transfer protocol??

Looking for those who have endo and happy to share their protocol for transfer please? Have been told it’s a down reg of 2-3 months? Thank you

I have suspected endo and didn't do down regulation. This transfer was not successful. I'm waiting 2-3 months after my egg retrieval (which is in 2 weeks) to try a transfer. I won't be on any medication during down regulation, except a trigger shot for timing ovulation in the cycle for transfer.

Interested to hear others' experiences too

@Jodi do you have endo symptoms? I think mine is silent! I thought if you had endo it was important to calm the endo down before doing a transfer

I have a small cyst on my ovary which is a suspected endometrioma. I believe the same - that it is important to calm the endo down before a transfer. Looking back I wish I'd declined a fresh transfer. I'm with a new clinic now and they have a more tailored protocol. Is there anything pointing you to considering you might have silent endo?

@Jodi do you know what they will put you on for your transfer to calm down the endo? The only reason I’m starting to think it’s a option is 5 failed transfers and two losses, a lot of testing already and only immunology issues being the thing we have found!

I don't yet, it's a conversation I'll have after egg retrieval. I'm sorry for your losses and unsuccessful transfers. Are you asking your clinic about down regulation before another transfer?

@Jodi thank you I’m going to ask them if I should do the Endo protocol before another transfer
