Maternity leave
I have a wonderful job that gives me close to 6 months of maternity leave. 12 weeks short term disability and an additional 12 weeks paid leave. I keep seeing/hearing “plan your maternity leave” what does this mean? My boss knows and is a procrastinator.

I'm not sure, we don't get any leave. We have to file FMLA so we don't lose our job and it's completely unpaid 😭
