It took me a year and two losses to get pregnant with our second. The best thing I did was just enjoy the process

@Raqi we tried taking a sabbatical from it for a while but now we’re back in the groove and I am beginning to get desperate

I kept up with ovulation testing on and off while TTC. But looking at each month as a chance to try again instead of a "failure" helped me a ton mentally. And the sex was wild 😂 Some of the best we've ever had. Keeping things exciting in that department definitely helped too

I find usually putting alot of pressure on yourself really sets you back and leaving you feeling hopeless, you mustn’t be so hard on yourself enjoy the intimacy of it, it’ll happen when you least expect it, all the best 🫶🏼

Have you tried just tracking BBT? So you know exactly when you ovulate?

Same here, I feel like the stress from pressure actually acts as a block. Don’t stress about the right foods the risks or vitamins. Folic acid, be aware some prenatals can give you delayed longer cycles. I’m taking a month off of them and only take folic acid now. Last month I was on pregnacare, evening primrose, omega 3 and maca root I also did the mucinex and nothing, my period came late as well which only happens when I’m stressed. If people got pregnant hundreds of years ago without these things with basic diets, heavy task jobs and even back when ale was drank daily (not saying drink lol ofc) then so will we. Why do you think ppl back before contraception didn’t have 20+ kids? It was around ten kids max over the span of 20-30 years. It takes time by nature.

I would suggest seeing a specialist rather sooner then later. It might be something very minimal that you have to do so you can conceive naturally and they can help determine that rather quickly

@Amy my periods will sometimes skip months at a time so there isn’t really anyway to tell
