I’d say it’s from the birth control, ever since I had my daughter (5months ago) i haven’t had a regular period yet I’ve had close to one but I always get like 2 a month now
I would take a pregnancy test just to be safe if you’re really worried but I think you’re okay, I’ve had similar situations and it was negative

I wouldn’t jump to implantation bleeding when you’re spotting. Likely a host of other reasons. It’s prob your birth control. Took me about 2ish months before I stopped spotting on the pill.
@Monét the only reason I thought that was because me and my bf haven’t used protection in months and he’s horrible at pulling out (we have a 3 a 2 year old an a 9 month old🤦♀️) so I immediately think the worst
is it the combined pill or mini pill progesterone only? x

I would still assume the birth control if effective it is you’ve taken it properly. Take a test to ease your worries, but I don’t think you should worry too much
