Teething?
My very happy content 3.5 month old started screaming in pain uncontrollably and didn’t stop for hours.
I’ve spotted these white spots on his gum.. is this the beginning of teething?

Yes! Those white bits are teeth
It might not be teething. I thought my little one was, but developmentally they find their mouth at this point and he is constantly putting things in and drooling. They also go through the next leap at this age - which is where their senses suddenly develop and they can all of a sudden hear, see , feel more. I think it can be a bit overwhelming for them - hence the fussiness. I was having the same issue a week ago and read online about it. It all seemed to fit x

I should also mention that he’s been excessively drooling, fussy with feeds and naps and constantly eating his hands and rubbing his face.
