Erm, paying into tax free childcare

Hi guys. I’m trying to make my first payment into the tax free account and I feel like I’m missing something really obvious. So I’m trying to pay into the account via my bank but they haven’t specified the business name, and my bank won’t let me proceed without one. Is it HMRC??? I have the account number sort code and reference. I feel so silly for asking. Hopefully I’m missing something really obvious.

The account name is TAX FREE CHILDCARE

Thanks @Ceylan I read the secure message properly and it specified NS&I TFC Account as the business name, but that and “Tax Free Childcare” both get verified. Let’s hope the cash lands into my account 😅😅 hate doing stuff that involves such a large amount of cash!

I just did £10 to start with to see if it worked lol ...actually I think it might have been £8 to see if they would put the £2, before I started using it properly

@Ceylan this is what I mean by being really silly, as that would have been a much better idea on my first try!!!

@Sofia 😂aw never mind, hopefully it works!! Took a while for me to figure out how much to put in and how much they would add to make the total
