I have a occupational MAT Pay as well (for 3 months ) so I have been getting my full pay since March but now I’m just on SMP which is only for 9 months and then you get nothing for 3 months(if you’re taking the year) unless you’re basically on your own then UC may help but if you’re married or in a civil partnership you’re unlikely to get anything after 9 months x
With statutory pay (£184.03 per week) some months I get 4 weeks pay and some months I get 5 weeks pay so it ranges between £700 and £890 net pay as I still get my 4% pension contribution deducted from this.
through the state you have 12 weeks once a year you can take a leave for multiple things and they pay watever amount your job doesn't cover so you get a full pay it's under paid leave oregon
Hi; it all depends what maternity pay you get from work place, if none then it would be only statutory.
