Third IVF transfer

Hello everyone So my last cycle was a BFN I thought this one was going to be the one . I've done 3 ivf cycles all unsuccessful. I think my embryos failed to implant so now I'm thinking something is wrong with my uterus . I don't no what to do I don't think I have the strength to do it again. But I'm not sure. I was so positive this time around I swore it was going to work my grade was all AA quality as well . Any advice for reoccurring implantation failure??

Did you do the genetic testing on all your embryos ?

@Brooke yes

I’m sorry girl . When my hubby and I did IVF we got a lot of tests done on both of us to make sure we were ok and I got an hsg to make sure my Fallopian tubes were open . Lots of blood work and ultrasounds to check it all . Have you done that ?

So sorry to hear this. There are several implantation related tests that you could discuss with your doctor, as well as immunological tests to see if it’s your body attacking your embryo.

Sorry they aren’t sticking! When my transfer failed they did a full blood work up and they said that I had low protein S that can cause blood to clot. Because of that they feared maybe the embryo didn’t implant because there wasn’t enough blood flow. The next transfer they put me on blood thinner shots and baby aspirin and I’m now almost 18 weeks pregnant. There is no way to tell for sure why our perfect embabies don’t stick but it doesn’t hurt to have bloods redrawn and all test ran.

@Brooke yes I've done the whole process it I had implantation failure everything and all test came back normal

@Wanyu thank you k will definitely ask him about this

Did you do any procedures before transfer? Hysteroscopy? Hcg?

@Jane yup I did both

I’m so sorry girl . I’m praying for you . Don’t give up . Miracles happen . I’m 42 and we had 4 failed IUI and then did IVF and it worked. Was scared it wouldn’t work cause of my age but it worked and my daughter is 1 . Think positive 😁😁❤️🥰

Sorry to hear about your last transfer, I also had recently reoccurring implantation failure & took the immunology tests, which flagged my immune system being over active & possibly the problem, I also had sticky blood which they said could be stopping the embryo from getting a blood supply while trying to implant. I ended up having treatments that suppressed my immune system along with a blood thinner injection (inhixa & intalipids) & got a positive test for the first time ever. I’m now 7 weeks. This worked with my lowest grade embryo as well, day 6 blastocyst. Hope this helps you move forward with your treatment as something else to look into.

Also sometimes it worked after switching up clinics and doctors. Try to get a second opinon

@Blonde Peanut I will definitely look into this thank you
