Hand foot & mouth? Or thrush?
My little one has been really poorly, we ended up in hospital with dehydration. Her tongue looked like this, and her mouth was full of ulcers and she had tonsillitis. Doctors said she was fighting an awful virus, on top of tonsillitis x

I work in a school, hand foot and mouth disease is spreading so fast at the minute, so I would definitely do some research to see if he’s got any other symptoms of it xx
