Pregnancy Acne
Anyone got any great recommendations for acne/ spots during pregnancy?

My skin is also terrible atm, I never usually suffer with spots and I’m covered! Seem to have a new one come up everyday. I’m trying to not wear make up to let my skin breathe.
Mine has been super dry!!! Acne hasn’t been so bad!
Thanks guys. Update: Sudocream has worked a dream at keeping spots away but also not being dry. Although so has coming into the second trimester 👏

Oh god me too, my first boy cleared my skin up but this one has made it so bad. I just use a benzyl peroxide face wash and moisturizer after.
