When do you get maternity exemption certificate?

I got mine at the appointment after my 12 week scan so like 16 weeksish x

Your midwife should have sent it to you at your first midwife appointment at 8 weeks.

Midwife emailed me at my booking in appt

You don't have to cancel you can claim in back when you get your certificate

Never got mine and checked online , midwife had never completed it so I'm asking health visitor to as I gave birth in April
