Thank you, ladies! Do you think she's teething even though she's not fussy?? I did ask her doctor at her 4 month visit but he didn't seem concerned and didn't really say what it was. But she has had it for over two weeks now 😕

Does it look like a rash in person? Over the picture you can’t tell but my son had a patch of redness on his cheeks & it was a rash which then turned to eczema (he’s suffered from eczema from 3 months till now, 2)

Aaw! I'm sorry 😞 No, thankfully, it doesn't look like a rash. It's just very pink.

My baby gets that for days if he sleeps with a cheek on his mattress a lot.

Could be from drool from teething?

@Crystal I think that's what it is!! She does sleep on that side and usually does circles in her crib🙈 so her little cheek may also need hydration! My sister said to use Mustela baby lotion.
