Am I in the wrong?

Am I in the wrong if I stop my little one going to there Dada when they are teething? So basically last weekend the BD said I front of me and his parents that when LO is teething he is not giving him any pain relief ( teething gel, powder, calpol, etc) as he doesn't believe in them and doesn't want him to get addicted. His mum said he needs give to give LO the products cause They would be in agony and he just straight up said no im not giving them anything. I feel awful thinking about this but I'd rather be took to court than let my lo suffer during that period in time so that there dad can have them overnight

Idk I lowkey feel like he’s gonna give in cause when that baby starts crying and stuff and he can’t soothe him he’s gonna try everything to get baby to be comfy

Honestly Same but it scares me so much, I know I'm 100% overthinking it but he was saying to me before labor try and do it without any pain relief

Does he know there are natural alternatives? Like the dr. Talbots soothing tablets are chamomile and marigold so baby won’t get addicted to it cause it’s not made with any of the chemicals that can cause medicine to be addictive.

WTH men just say anything I my baby that homeopathic teething gel and Tylenol in the very beginning of teething now she 14 months an teething again and barely needs anything
