advice

I have an appointment tomorrow at the unity point perinatal center and they say that if you bring your child with you (i have a 9 month old) you have to have someone to watch them that is over 16 years old. I literally don't have anyone family here and I have no friends so idk what to do. Will they turn me down if I bring him in with me? What are ppl supposed to do that don't have anyone.
