Delilah and middle name Fay I really like
I think it's great by itself. I would not double barrel it. Also, just to note, it does make me think of the Plain White T's song "Hey There Delilah." That would not stop me from using the name though as there are many, many names that are featured in songs. I know because my bio-mom always managed to find one for my brother's girlfriend's growing up 😅
By itself but I like fay for a middle name with it

Not a fan of double barrels but Delilah is a lovely first name and Rain or especially blue would make really nice middle name pairings
My niece is named Delilah (she's 20 now) and went by Lolly when she was little. She always got the "Hey there Delilah" comments, but it didn't sway her. By middle school she was fully Delilah and loved it! I also have a friend whose daughter is named Delilah and she is 14 and loved her name as well!
Delilah is a lovely name! But I don't like any of those double barrels personally and feel like they take away from the beauty of the name. Maybe having them as middle names would be a good compromise?
