Mini pill and mood
I have recently started the progesterone only pill and I swear it’s making me miserable, anyone else experience this?

That’s a good point, our hormones are all other the place as it is. Being a woman is unfair at times 😅

I was on this but I had to stop it as I had super heavy spotting and the mood swings were horrendous! 😭

Yeah I've been on it for years and gone back on it after having my little girl and my mood swings are awful at times around period time. Think it's a mixture of that and post partum hormones
