Is there any thing we need to give our employer before 20 weeks ? I can’t remember if I did with my first. Like what info or forms we have to give in to work

You need to give then written notice at 24 weeks (i think) and you should be getting your matb1 form at your 24 week appointment
Who would we receive the Matb1 form from?
Your midwife
I don’t think I have a midwife. I have an OBGYN.
@Amanda I assume you live in the United States 🇺🇸 so it will be completely different there so I would ask in the January 2025 USA group x
Mine is 15 weeks before due date to let them know
