Dentist?
When am I supposed to bring my daughter to her first dentist appointment? I looked it up online and it says within the first 6 months. She is 5.5 months old now with 2 bottom teeth. Seems very early but I want to do what’s best for her.

Most people say after their first tooth or their 1st birthday, whichever comes first. But honestly it’s kind of a waste unless you suspect problems. They just inspect the teeth at this age and won’t even clean them until they’re around 2 years old.
My pediatrician has said between 2/2.5 years old.

My mother is a dental hygiene professor and worked as a dental hygienist for around 15 years, she says kiddos should start going to the dentist around 2 years old.. but if you notice something odd or suspicious you could go earlier!
