Teething???
My girl will be 12 weeks this Thursday and I've noticed she is dribbling LOADS and sometimes she starts to choke on her spit and her eyes go red (only lasts about 5 seconds) she's always got her hand in her mouth sucking on it. Is this teething? I know the hands in the mouth is common at this stage as they are learning but unsure about all the spit

Mines the same and last night she was grabbing her ears, when we put anything in her mouth she was chewing on it so we’ve assumed teething
My little one is like this but my mum said they normal get red cheeks and a fever alongside it

My baby is the same. It’s a normal developmental stage - something to do with exploring the world with mouths and learning to bring things to their mouth to get ready for eating. It’s unlikely to be teething this early but you can usually tell by looking for red patches or lil teeth in their gums.
