Ovulation
I'm on the depo shot and currently don't have periods. The other day I spotted a little. Could it be a sign of ovulation. I've also had light cramping, lower back pain, & nausea. I'm not trying to conceive but my husband and I don't use protection and he finished inside me. Im pretty sure that it's too late for me to take a plan b. What is something else I can do as an extra precaution?

@Bethany I got it on the 9th of this month
Did you just start on depo I kept spotting until my 3rd shot and it was 2-3 weeks after I got my shot and the last week before I was due for my next shot
@Jackie I started the shot after giving birth and I don't normally spot and I stopped having periods after my 3rd shot

When did you get your last shot? I wouldn't assume that because you spotted, your bc is ineffective. Bc causes spotting randomly
