If it does not feel right and a fight then stop and give it another month or 2. Leave the potty out and let her see and maybe sit her on it occasionally with a lot of praise. Show her you using the toilet. My little boy really picked up on it when he saw his friend using a potty. We have been full on potty training for 3 days. It is full on, living by a timer. Be patient, if it is not the right time right now that's OK.

Yeh I would say hold off. My wee girl was October 2021 so a touch older and we have just done it and she took to it immediately as the time was right. A few months back she wouldn’t entertain the idea. No rush!

The first week of potty training for me was honestly the worst he kept constantly going on the floor but I persevered with it and I’m so glad I did because he’s fully potty trained in the day now (I did it when he was 2 and 2 months) and he’s 2 and a half now I think maybe just stick it out for a while and if not then maybe just wait a bit longer and try again

It’s tricky for me too, if she’s got no nappy / pants on in the house she will use The potty to poop and wee. But if take her out with our travel potty in just pant she will wet herself I obviously can’t let her go out without a nappy or pants but I’m really stuck what to do for when we are out and about 🙈

@Danielle I’d say when out and about where her nappy over her pants that way she can still feel when she’s “wet” but the nappy catches it, this will help her feel comfortable to use the toilet when travelling? Also helps her know her queues a lot more when she is out idk if this advice is helpful

@Rebecca Yeah I’ll give it a few more days and see how that goes

@Sophie Yeah it seems that she’s not ready

@Latoya yes today my health visitor said the exact same thing!!! So definitely will try this tomorrow. :)) thank you so much x

@Danielle no problem x
