Does anyone have any ideas of job roles that I can do part time? Hoping for 3 days a week as my flexible working request for my current role is likely to be rejected

New laws have been brought in since April and I think they have to have a pretty good reason to decline now! Do you have transferable skills? NHS is usually pretty good for flexible working in my experience x

I work in care. Company does community and complex and they are very flexible. I work two days a week on nights in complex since I came back a month after having my son
