How to hit these macros…

How can I hit this macro goal? Should I change it? I need 260 more calories but can only have protein lol. For reference… Oatmeal and PB for breakfast Cottage cheese, Turkey stick, grapes, crackers for lunch Yogurt for snack Chicken, sweet potato, broccoli for dinner Not sure what else to add…

Eggs!

High calorie dense foods. Protein shakes are good too

Protein shakes , tuna , eggs

You could add nuts to your snacks. You could also mix a protein shake with the milk you use for oatmeal or just drink one separately.

Since you can only have protein I would either scramble some egg whites to eat alongside the oatmeal in the morning or add some more chicken to the dinner! If you have a protein powder you can mix a scoop with water and call it a shake! The powder will prob have a couple grams of carbs and fat but it won’t put you too much over 😊

do more chicken at dinner, a protein powder before bed, or add protein powder to your yogurt/oatmeal
