Period tracking

What app is the most accurate for tracking your period? I use both Flo and p tracker, I had my first period after having my baby last month on July 22nd it lasted 10 days, I also started my depo shot on July 9th On the Flo app it said I was supposed to start my period today but everytime I check it, my expected start date is pushed back, so today I checked on p tracker, and it says that my start day is supposed to be today

I use the ovia app! Works best for me and I like the app and how it works!

Most all apps are generated on a typical 28 day cycle or whatever you put in, they aren’t able to predict 100% it’s just an estimate. It really just depends on which app lay out etc you like best :)

I use Flo and lively. My firsts period was 10 days my second was 20. I have a hormonal IUD. After having a baby our bodies are changing so the app won’t be as accurate yet. With the depo shot your period will most likely stop or lighten. Also please look into the depo shot. Just from personal experience it made me and my mom gain a lot of weight. My mom had multiple miscarriages before she could get pregnant again. And now there is a huge lawsuit bc it is now connected to giving people brain tumors. Doctors aren’t mentioning it to patients so I try to tell anyone I know who’s taking it.
