potty training seat

My 3 year old hates portable toilets, so we use the potty training toilet seat. I take this with us every where as she will only use the potty with the seat, which I don't mind. The issue I am having is... how do yall sanitize it??? Or alternative to this? I use clorox wipes between uses and disinfect it but it still smells so much like pee and is making our diaper bag smell like it too. If anyone has any advice for us, I'd greatly appreciate it!
