You don't need everything straight away. You need a car seat and pram and a Moses basket as essentials for sleep and travel. Vests, baby grows, bibs and a warm layer is all you need clothes wise. A sleeping bag 2.5tog for newborns. Nappies, wipes, baby bath, shampoo and lotion and a couple of towels. If bottle feeding- bottles, steriliser, formula (unless expressing) Other stuff like dummies if you plan on using them a blanket might be handy for in the pram. A cot, wardrobe etc can wait a few more months they won't be using the cot until around 6 months. Toys and stuff can wait also.
