Baby’s sugar levels up and down

Hi everyone! I had my baby about 18 hours ago and her sugar levels are up and down. She seems to have 2 really good readings in a row and then the final one will be too low (my hospital requires 3 good readings in a row). I’m just wondering if anyone else’s babies have had this? So far shes still on the ward with me but I really don’t want her to end up in nicu!
