mmmm it could also be excess keratin on their gums & not teeth. i would try the Tylenol if you feel like that could really help. otherwise, maybe a nice bath and extra snuggles?
Make sure to talk to your doctor before giving any medication to be safe because it’s not recommended for babies under 24lbs or under 2 even the infant one also I would try a teething toy to see if that helps first just to see because it could be teeth it could also be growing pains
My daughter was doing the same thing about a week ago and I was rubbing her legs and they were cramping up once I rubbed them out she went right to sleep for hours and I asked her doctor who said it was completely normal and sometimes just happens
@Destiny how did you know they were cramping??? could you feel the knots? :(
It wouldn’t necessarily look like bumps it would like little white dashes under the gum. I would guess it’s just a phase or growth spurt or maybe needs a little more milk. It’s not unheard of to get teeth this young but it’s petty unusual I think.
@Destiny the doctor gives Tylenol for shots or fever or any type of pain really starting from birth. If it actually is teething then Tylenol is a good idea but we wanna be sure baby is actually in need of pain relief. it’s 2.5ml they would get.
You can try Tylenol?
