Thoughts on the name Xavier?

I like it. My first thought is X-Men tbh. But it is a lovely name and the X-Men reference shouldn’t put you off using it x

Not at all. Google Charles Xavier form X-Men. He’s one of the main characters and fights for good. He leads the X-Men

My husband absolutely loves it but I'm worried. We don't have any Spanish links so not sure if thats a bit weird to have a Spanish name and also does it sound to much like saviour when said out loud? I can't un-think it now😭

My top choice at the moment is Zachariah/Zacharias although I didn't particularly want a religious/ bible name! Why are boys names so hard!!? 😭😭

My sisters boyfriend (aged 21) is Xavier. He goes by X for short! I always find it a bit awkward to pronounce, but it is cool and unique

@Amy what do you find awkward about it? How does he pronounce it?

I think it’s nice, easy to pronounce and not too common so wouldn’t have to worry about being lots of boys with same name in class
