Not yet will buy a potty soon. My plan is just to sit her on it in the morning and evening so she can get used to it....when she can understand and communicate better will start using it through the day

No tips as not started but my sister is an early years specialist and says it’s best for to wait until they show you ques that they are ready ‘being able to stay dry for an hour or more during the day, hiding to have a bowel movement, and showing some awareness that their diaper is wet or soiled and needs to be changed’ As she eloquently puts it, no adult can’t use a toilet so why rush it when they aren’t ready 🫶🏻 If your LO is showing ques let me know and I’ll ask her for her training guide ❤️

I've started with mornings, after nap times and evenings sitting my son on the toilet. My eldest is still in pull ups as he's autistic so it's all new to me but my 14mo has learnt how to take his pants and nappy off and shouts me when he's pooed so I figured it's time I start to introduce it😂 there's loads of information online but a lot contradicts each other. We have bladder and bowel nurses involved with my eldest and they've told us to just be super relaxed and follow the kids leads, don't force anything and don't reward anything just try to make it feel normal x
