Are you a medical professional!?

Can you please help if you’re a medical professional-preferably a midwife or obs doctor…in my notes it’s written GDM 23/40 16/40 What does this mean please? It also states I had previously had GDD with my previous pregnancies which isn’t at all the case for my knowledge 😳 I was never ever treated for it & never under any clinics related to it. I’m quite concerned…I’ve also had 2 babies with low birth weight so this doesn’t add up! Please help ❤️

GDM is gestational diabetes 23/40 is 23 weeks pregnant 16/40 is 16 weeks pregnant

@Sam thank you so much for replying! Should I be concerned please? Is this saying I have it/ previously had it? I’ve had bloods again today…I’ve not had the best care at all through my old teams hoping for a better experience this time with a different team c

If I’m honest without seeing your notes properly it’s hard to know what they mean. I’d phone your community midwifery team and ask to meet with someone to go through what’s in your notes to help you understand and put them right if there’s anything that’s incorrect in your notes.
