Teething or learning?

My gorgeous girl is 2 months two weeks and is munching and sucking on her fists and fingers, she still does this for food aswell but when not hungry she’s covering her hand in saliva and sometimes cries when we take us out!! She is also making her self gag by putting her finger to the back of her throat!! I don’t think it’s teething but also not sure when teething even starts or how to tell the difference????🤍

Hi there, I watched this video the other day. It’s very insightful and talks about this https://youtu.be/rf3oQfneKIY?si=JsbKZ7MXFAUGIgJK

They can teethe this early but it sounds like your baby is exploring their hands! It’s really natural and an important part of development. Leave her be 😊 over time absolutely everything they touch ends up in their mouth 😂 again a great sign of development! x

She sounds like she’s exploring, you may obviously have to give her a little help when she gags but other than that just leave her. In regards to teething they can go up and down, there’s no exact age they’ll start teething it just depends really but you’ll see white in her gums, I saw a great hack which I wish I used on my girl which is pressing a glass up again the gums to check for any white area

I think she’s probably exploring her hands, my little boy is 2 months next week and is constantly chomping his fists😂
