midwife discharge

i was discharged from the midwife yesterday but i am not okay- is it possible to get "un-discharged"? The GPs at mine aren't helpful at all. I'm really struggling to breastfeed my daughter and also don't feel like i'm bonding with her at all. She 2 and a half weeks old l. I feel like I'm failing her and it's starting to affect my older son too as I just can't be the mum they need. I have no photos with her not even from the birth/in hospital when we first met her. I have so many regrets from my labour and it's all just too much

@Chloe i'm not seeing the HV until mid september and was really brushed off when she came last week. I had really created a bond with my midwife as i saw her all the way through the pregnancy

@Chloe no because they were so dismissive with my first and again when i saw her last week she just dismissed what i said to her

They have breastfeeding consultants. May be covered by insurance too. The hospital or your insurance can provide this info.

For breastfeeding maybe a lactarion consultant can help. I hire one few days after my son was born as I was struggling. It was online consultation as it was lock down but I'm sure you can find groups to go to. That really helped me. You can reach out to your midwife even before the appointment for further guidance. Good luck
