How far along are you?

@DAYSH 29 weeks 4 days my first baby was on the 2nd centile most of my pregnancy and his birth was really difficult so I’m really scared that if this baby is really big it’s going to be worse

Did your glucose testing come back negative? Did your OB just prescribe it due to glucose testing or due to blood work? Have you filled the Metformin and just looking for advice on the meds?

@DAYSH they’re monitoring my bloods as I’ve got GDM this pregnancy and have had a couple high readings so they want to prescribe metformin if it’s the same after two weeks

I was on metformin for the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy I only to one pill in the morning bc that's all it took to control my gd my LO was 6lbs 4oz and 19in long its my first baby

Been on Metformin twice during 2 different pregnancies with two different amounts (4 tablets with my first, 2 morning and night and 2 with my second, 2 morning). My first born was born at 9lb6.5oz and my second born was born at 9lb3.

I had Metaformin and insulin and my baby girl was 5lb 1oz

I had slow release Metformin for the last 9/10 weeks of my pregnancy, my son's estimated weight was always off the charts haha he was estimating to be around 8.5 lbs but he was born a perfect 7lbs 6oz and actually fit in tiny babygrows for the first couple of weeks💙
