Baby Girl Name

My husband and I have been discussing names, and for a girl, the name we mutually like most is Helaina. However, I had self-imposed some rules like only using traditional spellings, which obviously Helaina is not; however, the traditional spelling, Helena, will only be read as Hel-ehn-uh locally and I'm aiming for Hel-AYN-uh. Plus, it makes the nickname Lainey lore clear. I also think it's like Elena vs. Elaina. Elaina is pretty normalized. However, I won't be the one wearing it, so I want outside opinions of if this name would be extremely frustrating?

My names Elina and most people find it difficult to pronounce or spell cause it’s not spelled as Elaina or Alaina so I find it extremely annoying cause I really don’t think my name is that hard to pronounce or read. The real way to say my name is Eh-li-nah….. but most people pronounce it as Elaina. No matter how you spell that name I feel like someone is gonna have an issue with either spelling or pronouncing it. You picked a beautiful name, if you like how it’s pronounced then go for it.

We don’t know the gender yet but we chose the same name for a baby girl!

@Daisy same spelling?

We chose the Helena spelling but we’re having the same thoughts that it won’t be pronounced correctly.
