Have I ovulated yet?

Can anyone help me make sense of this? I don’t do ovulation tests anymore as they make me to a little crazy but I’m in my first month of bbt tracking. I heard you have to have 3 high temps after you have ovulated. I thought I ovulated on 9th as I had a lot of egg white but the temps don’t really suggest that. Yesterday when I have had a big drop there has been no egg white (has been creamy) and I have been very hormonal, having mood swings the past 2 days or so. Are bbts foolproof? I was away from my partner due to work for a bit including 9th so hoping ovulation hasn’t hit yet. What do people think from this? I don’t have regular cycles every month so find tracking timings hard.

BBT, when done correctly, is usually foolproof. Your chart doesn’t show you’ve ovulated let, you need 3 consecutive temps that are higher than the previous 6 to confirm ovulation. Are you testing the same time each morning, before you get out of bed or move around?

Ok, it’s quite rocky, as in it goes up and down quite a lot, do you have PCOS by any chance?

@Amy no, I’ve been tested in the past. I had an ectopic pregnancy in January and my cycles are only slowly starting to get back to somewhat regular now

Oh I see. That might be why the temps are like this - it took me months for my previously regular cycle to get back to normal after my MC. Sorry about yours 😔
