Does anyone have any potty training tips?

Try to remain calm. There will be accidents. Even if they don't want to go on the toilet or potty encourage them to sit on it regularly. I found switching to pants rather than relying on pull ups as a fall back helped. Take them to potty/toilet regularly as they will forget. Try to stay at home a couple of days to focus on it if possible. We also resorted to a bribery chart for poos as that was the challenge for us. Got a sticker for himself and chart after each poo, every 5 poos he could get a treat (chocolate or a toy) and then after 20 the prize was something he really wanted like a day out somewhere

My little one started yesterday and I have stuck to pull ups to start with as need more pants in, hes good at going if you take him but sometimes hit with resistance, im finding following my sons lead the best way at the moment x

In my experience if it's that stressful, they aren't ready. We tried last year, 2 days in he asked to wear a nappy and I realised it wasn't time. We started again in May - 3 accidents in about 90 mins, he was crying, I was crying, thought I can't do this. Then he sat on the potty, did a wee and something clicked. We still have accidents occasionally but he's doing well. We did naked for a couple of days, then when we needed to go out, just bottoms no pants. Commando for at least 2 weeks, then added in pants. We waited because we wanted to make sure he could get his trousers down before adding another layer, plus we read that pants can feel like a nappy and they have more accidents. He only wears a pull up for bed and he knows this. I would say completely remove nappy/pull ups for anything other than sleep as this confuses them
