Tips to get pregnant after Birth Control

I used to have an IUD for years after having my first child in 2020. I took it out and went on birth control pills. But in late oct of 2023 I stopped taking them. So I’m still within that year of being off any form of birth control. I’ve had plenty of unprotected sex with my partner. But I seem to not be getting pregnant. Im not sure if we aren’t doing it enough or if my body is just taking forever to get on board. I want baby #2 so badly and trying to get pregnant this year. Just looking for any helpful tips on trying to conceive. Getting my period each month is just becoming so sad. Thanks ladies!

I’ll definitely have to buy some strips, thank you! 😊 I wasn’t aware there was certain windows. It definitely explains a lot. Also CONGRATULATIONS 🩷🩷 that is amazing!!

idk how your diet or your partners diet is but i read that you have to kinda take account in all of that. ALSO i read… that warming your uterus up before sex helps 👀👀 i can’t remember what the article said but it’s like when your uterus is warm the egg is more prone to being fertilized.

My husband and I tried for 6 months for our second baby and my focus was only on making the baby. After six months of monthly disappointments we said, lets just take a break and try again in some time- i was pregnant next month. Maybe try getting your mind off of it and focus on enjoying yourself. Wishing you all the luck!! Btw, how was IUD removal for you? Im due to take it out in a couple of months and stressing about it!
