Pregnancy pillows!

Is there anywhere you can try all the pregnancy pillow types out? Where is best to buy one? There’s so many types and I’m not sure which would be most comfortable for me i feel like i need to test them all.

I took a chance on the BellaMoon pillow and it’s the absolute best I love it

I second the Bellamoon, best thing I ever purchased. I’ve used it in between my pregnancy’s as well for my pelvic pain and it’s that comfortable my husband has talked about getting one of his own.

I got one from Asda, it was quite cheap compared to others out there and it’s amazing.

£28 or so at JL v shaped pillow I’m in love I’ve got two. I wouldn’t spend lots of money!

I’ve had 2 different shapes but prefer my Tommee Tippee S/C/O one to a V one. It’s very versatile & also helped with feeding after I had an emergency c section with my first. I’m not sure there’s anywhere to try them but stay cheap just in case or maybe ask your friends/family?

@Emily Timbrell how do the V shaped ones work? Ie. How do you sleep around it?

@Kirsty is that the Made for Me pillow? Good reviews from what i can see :)

@Amy i googled and quite expensive, what makes it so good and worth the money? I’m a newbie at this!

@Liv (previously Peanut) Yes! I personally love it, think it was £30 ish when I bought it back in 2022. You can chuck the whole thing in the washing machine too ❤️

@Liv (previously Peanut) So the actual pillow all together is super comfy for pregnancy sleeping and not as bulky as some others so it didn’t totally piss off my husband while I was using it. But for after pregnancy, it detaches into three parts, you take the middle long piece out and attach the two end parts together to make a nursing pillow and like that it’s also really comfy to lean back on when not nursing but just holding baby (or just for lounging without baby). The separate long piece we’ve used for kneeling on when we’re playing with my son in the bath. So even in the two years in between my pregnancies I’ve literally used it every single day. I feel like if I’d just bought a normal one then it would’ve been in the cupboard unused all this time until I got pregnant again. So personally it’s been so worth that money, but I do understand it’s a lot when there’s much cheaper options 😊

@Amy thank you, that’s good to know! So more of a three in one really! Also handy it works as a feeding pillow afterwards as would have assumed i’d need to buy that separately
